Barangay Hall of many several mountains in Mascap. Besides that hall is the registration area and Shower / Changing / comfort room for everyone. There is 20 pesos fee for using the shower room. Besides that hall also has a mini grocery where you can buy food and water for your hike. And infront of that hall has a waiting shed were in the local guides are waiting there. It is open 24hrs for public especially for mountaineers.

Brgy Mascap is the jump off for not so popular mountains in Montalban (Rodriguez). Mountains in its vicinity offer spectacular view of Sierra Madre thus giving you a memorable and scenic 360 view of nature (Ayaas). Locals here are very hospitable and delightful to its guests so don't hesitate to visit the place. Btw, Payaran Falls is a must try to refresh after a tiring hike. :) Mountains in its vicinity are as follows - Mt. Ayaas, Mt. Sipit Ulang (crab claw), Mt. Espadang Bato, Mt. Oro
The locals we're very nice and helpful in finding us a guide to hike Mt. Sipit. It wasn't expensive either.
The local tour guide and the peoples are very friendly, the hike fee is cheap and very convinient to reach because it's nearly to the city, I remembered this is my 1st destination for my mother mountain hike
