My partner and I went to Ginkgo on a hot 21st June during the nation-wide Fête de la Musique looking for something fresh and quick and when we stumbled upon this gem, hidden in a little street in the town center, we got more than we hoped for ! Ginkgo is a one-man self-service restaurant operating on a simple but refreshing concept : a great value menu including a drink, first course, main course, and dessert, all homemade from fresh ingredients, with 3 or 4 healthy options for each dish, to create your own unique combination, all of that for only 12 euros ! The menu is renewed each day, so you could come back and never get bored of the endless choices ! Kudos to the manager for offering cheap food without ever compromising on the quantity or quality. I liked that you can directly help yourself and have an overview of all the meals on offer, nicely presented in cute individual casseroles and verrines ; it's so appetizing and also easier to choose from because you don't have to read a menu and try to imagine what it will look like ! The owner told us he used to be a graphic designer and it shows in the sleek, colourful, modern design of the restaurant ! We sat on the terrace to enjoy the sun and at the end of our meal, we felt full and satisfied and like we had never eaten better ! Highly recommended as one the best, healthiest eateries in Rodez, and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre !

depuis le temps que je voulais venir, j en ai eu l occasion ...et je ne regrette pas !!! désolée je me suis jetée sur les plats j ai pas pensé aux photos c est vraiment excellent, parfumé...on reconnait bien le fait maison !!! J adore le concept ! je reviendrai sans hésiter !!!! merciiiiii Ginkgo !!!! Je modifie pour rajouter une photo...des desserts \u200d️ on a pas résisté on aura goûté à presque tout en tous cas tous les desserts !!! tout était au top !!!!
Enfin un restaurant malin avec système de menu pour chaque un et très lisible
Cuisine gustative. Accueil très sympathique, déco zen et reposante. Je recommande !
