Initially the architect seemed okay but it soon became evident that he lacks important communication skills. For example, whenever we asked him specific questions about how his recommendations could realistically be implemented, his answers were vague and caused us a great deal of confusion. Early in the project he neglected to tell us he was going away on a 6-week trip somewhere. After we gave him a progress payment he disappeared completely, abandoning the project and leaving the tradesmen hanging. This architect caused our renovation project to be set back many months. When I find the time, I will pursue legal action to recuperate the additional expense and loss of income resulting from his incompetence.

Maison mal implantée et donc négociation de servitude de suplomb avec notre voisin... Maison qui ne sera jamais conforme à la RT 2012 à cause de de malfaçons que l'architecte n'a pas su gérer et de son incompétence . A éviter donc !
