Cool historical marker right off the highway. There is a nice little cement table and chairs under and tree. Neat place to stop and rest on a road trip!

Well we got a ticket there tonight lol! But we had a really nice police officer who was doing his job! Just make sure you always come to a complete stop at stop signs!
It is a sign that tells the history of how the area was named. A good thing to pull over and read if your passing through. Don't make a special trip for it.
