Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The whole buying experience was a breathe of fresh air compared with other car purchases I've experienced. Justin, Brad and the Team went out of their way to help including free delivery of the car at short notice. Although the car needed some early warranty work there was no hassle. After a number of weeks of searching for the right spec 5 series touring, one popped up down at Rodden Road Cars in Frome in Somerset. I'm based in north London, so dropped them a call and said I was interested. It had just come in to them via BMW and was getting a service and a wheel refurb, but they kept it available for me until the car and I were ready. We agreed a price for my A6 PX and I made my way down. I was left to look over the car and test drive it on my own. The car was as described and a smooth deal was done. When I returned back to London I dropped the car in to BMW to get it looked over and they noted that the front tyres were worn and needed replacing. Apart from that, the car was given a clean bill of health. I contacted Rodden Road Cars as they had mentioned that it had new tyres and they apologised for the error as they were thinking of a different vehicle and instructed me to get new front tyres fitted and send them the bill. Mistakes are always going to happen in life, it's how you deal with them that count. It is rare these days to come across a business that cares about the customer after they have left the premises, and that should be recognised. I wouldn't hesitate to but another car from them in the future. Mike
Excellent service and an eye for the right cars! I travelled down from near Glasgow and dealt with the 2 Brad’s at different points, both were great. The car was exactly as described and was exactly what I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and the 2 guys were very welcoming and accommodating whilst I sorted out insurance and everything I needed to drive back home in my new car. Great service all round and was well worth the drive.
Bought a lovely Honda Civic 2008 there about 6 year ago. That's how long it lasted me! Fantastic car

From the excellent customer service from the sales team to the efficiency and knowledge of the workshop staff, I was well looked after during the whole experience. They offer a whole range of services and at very good prices. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
