It’s understandable to have multiple calls coming in for a pharmacy and it’s understandable that they are very busy, BUT that doesn’t give the right for employees to act unprofessional when taking calls from individuals. An employee answered my call after I was hold for over an hour. I was then put back on hold for another 30. Absolutely inconsiderate. I had to call the front store to speak to the manager... The manager kindly handled the situation with professionalism then transferred my call to the pharmacy where they answered immediately and hung up either accidentally or on purpose. Regardless... they need more structure and they need regular team meetings on how to handle these situations because it’s inevitably unchanged..Cvs pharmacy in Rocky Point NEEDS to be better to meet the expectations of customers which I know for a fact is not been met...

Easy and accessible but stock is always low or out. Last time I came they only had one kind of newborn diapers and one kind of size 1 diapers! In a pharmacy! Very odd.
Excellent Customer Service!! I was going to pick up a prescription and noticed a beard trimmer I liked and the price on the sticker was 27.99 but when I got to the register the price came up 36.99. The pharmacy tech was very friendly and called the manger who allowed me to pay the price in the sticker. Very great experience!!
They never answer their phone (actually waited over 45 minutes a number of times)....I eveNtually hang up on them----COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING). I I AM THINKING OF CHANGING PHARMACIES,
Phone wait time usually longer than an hour. Absolutely ridiculous I hate this experience.
People are kind n curteous..Pharmacy answers all questions. Very helpful..they go out of their way for you. Thank you all!!
The Pharmacy takes their sweet time answering the phone. Everytime I called I waited at least 18 minutes.
I go here for prescriptions I can't get delivered easily because it's close-ish to my house but I'm starting to think it's not worth it. They've had my prescription for over a week due to some legit problems with a pre-authorization, but I have to drive there to ask questions/check status because they NEVER EVER ONCE have answered the phone when I call. As well the store's music is so *loud* and terrible that it's known by locals if you mention it. "Oh the CVS with the annoying music?"
