Met Jacob at Ferrum college open house during my sons freshman year. I wanted to buy a home PC from a person and not just from an internet site so I could feel ok about calling on them for support in the future if needed. The PC he built me for online gaming is super and though I have only needed tech. support twice, Jacob and his wife on one occasion were able to remotely access my PC and correct my issues. It super nice being able to talk to a actual person in the United States when and if I have any PC issues. Highly recommended.
