From the very beginning, we were treated with the upmost care and wonderful hospitality from our host Pauline. A family owned bistro, the attention detail from an interior design point of view, is nothing short of spectacular. A contemporary, art nouveau vibe made our visit such a treat for the eyes; the mood and music complemented each other married so well. Overall, an unpretentious and welcoming atmosphere. There to celebrate our anniversary, we knew we would be in for a treat with the menu due to previous reviews read; however, we were not prepared for exactly how blown away we were going to be! To start, we shared the pork scratching appetiser, which had the perfect texture and slight crunch, accompanied with a superb homemade siracha sauce. We then enjoyed mussels done two different ways as our starters, both the best mussels we’ve ever had. We decided to ‘splash out’ and treat ourselves for the main and both ordered the Surf & Turf. The fillet steaks were cooked to perfection, the knife glided through them like butter. The AMOUNT of food we received, despite it being (in our opinions) fine dining, was supreme in quality and brilliant value for money. Since it was our anniversary, Pauline kindly arranged a beautiful celebration plate, which made our experience so personal and shows how much love Pauline and chef Christopher put into their beautiful restaurant. Without doubt, the best dining experience we’ve ever had, the level of consistency, professionalism, care and quality – is priceless. And even in saying this, don’t think it’s overpriced and expensive – it's worth every penny. We will certainly be coming back again. A huge thank you to Pauline and Chris who made our night so special.

Waited over 3 hours for food, Chris himself kept promising the food was only half hour away and after 6 times of saying it he finally came out with the food bringing some vile horrible food to the table, it was cold and over cooked we paid upon entry and they wouldn't refund he got very violent and spat at my girlfriend in front of a few kids they was crying and he told them to shut up before throwing the plate at a wall in the kitchen, he wasn't backup or busy there was 7 people in the estaurant\ avoid dont go there plenty of better places to go. He also looks like he hasn't bathed in weeks
Had another amazing Rockwood@home. A trip around the world with Asian, Chinese and many other wonderful flavours. My wife and I (and children when we allow ) are truly enjoying Rockwood@home as the quality of the food is superb. Looking forward to dining in again as the experience is fantastic, food delicious and service second to none, however the @home offering is absolutely wonderful.
