Lady working pharmacy window at this location was very rude! I was told the first time I came up to the window, that my prescription was sent but showed that they had filled it but it wasn't ready. She told me to wait 30 mins and come back. I came back 3 hours later, and she tells me that my prescription can't be filled because its too early! Why wouldn't that have been said from the get go, so I didn't have to make another special trip??!?!!
Today I asked them to simply add my HSA card to my account. Both of my parents successfully have done this at the store before. I told her before I paid too. She didnt know what she was doing and didnt ask anyone for help. She then proceeded to make it so no one there could possibly add the card to my account because she already paid for my prescriptions with my card without permission lol she literally took it out of my hand and swiped it. Then I was told I'd have to come back the next time I need a prescription and tell them the exact same thing as I told them today..... so I have to just hope they dont mess it up next time please just train employees properly. This was a ridiculously easy task that wasnt even completed. Then she told me I could go on the website to do it and when I asked where to specifically go cause I dont know how to do that. And she said I dont know and walked away and never came back...

Friendly staff and they always fill our prescriptions on time or have them ready before the set pick up time. I will never use Walgreens pharmacy again.
Everytime in there, I talk to my grandma's friends named Jennifer Foy, Debi, Audrey, Caroline, Andi, and more... me and my grandpa goes there to get my grandma some food for work if she's hungry. And we pick her up at 10 PM and that's when the store closes. Sometimes, workers like grandma works late at night.
