How Awesome is this guy. (Disco Dave) or something.... I called at 8am and he answered. He advised me that they don't open until 9am. He then asked me what i was looking for. I told him i needed to rebuild an Ethernet cable i broke and was out of RJ-45 connectors. He said.. well come on by and just knock and I will take care of ya. That is really awesome to me..... My biggest regret was not looking closer at his name badge to properly identify him....

I went to this Rockwall location about 3 months ago trying to get my att phone fixed and find out Radioshack was no longer providing att services at their stores. I was helped by a really friendly and attentive person, his name tag said DISCO I believe his name was Charly. Well Charly and the manager on duty who's name I cant remember, were really attentive and they solved my problem. Radioshack you have a very valueble employee so take care of him. Thank you for your great service Charly.
