This is my go to place for feeder fish. Pretty much always in stock. Young lady who helped me today was very sweet. Roquelle I believe was her name? She’s very nice.

Let's see if my doggie likes it
Walked in, greeted by nobody, but seen by all associates. Then waited for 30 minutes for SOMEONE, ANYONE to help me get 2 plants and some snails. Luckily I helped some other customers out by letting them know petsmart down the road is 1000x times better. Anyway, after 30 minutes, just more employees looking at me and not offering help or anything. Definitely won't be back to this location EVER. Complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go to petsmart down the road.
We frequent this location and buy their fresh \by the pound\ treat selection for our baby. The staff is friendly and always helpful if we're trying to find something as well as helpful with advice on any topic we may have questions about. These stores staff are all great during the current pandemic. They selflessly care for all of the animals and treat new babys like family. They deserve recognition for their work and dedication to pets and family no matter the situation. It takes truly great people to do this in such crazy and uncertain times.
Lovely arrangements and we got to see a chinchilla dozing off in there too!! We didn't get anything this time but will surely dig in deeper next time about those dwarf hamsters.
