Love everything in this place. One of my favorite hang out spots with my friends. Juice choices are a blast. Chocolate croissants are heavenly. Bagels are yummy. Everything is perfectly made

Menu TOO small at Drive-thru Was not told when order milk that they only have organic, then lady says well you weren’t charged for it....well i guess because I wasn’t given a receipt with my change. You open 1.5 hrs prior to me getting there and you’re already out of brioche bread? And this is what i got for 6.00!!!!
Amazing service all product are freshly baked each and every morning! 10/10 experience! Would highly recommend!
Great food and great coffee. BUT, the sink it the men's bathroom hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long... It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like...Don't worry, Panera -- I cleaned it for you :)
Well, I like the fact that you can order your food on the front tablets and pay at the same time when you walk in!! So no communication whatsoever!! So that was pretty good that you can order food without being bothered!! It took about 5/6 min until I got my food. For what I paid the portion was very small! A half sandwich, a very hard piece of bread and a little tiny bowl of side dish! The taste was okay, it was not something special that make me to come back here again!
My order arrived piping hot and delicious. My sister (85) was delighted on her birthday. Kirby delivered the order on the exact minute agreed upon and he called to tell me. My only problem was the smoothie I ordered was left off the order. I called Kirby and he was very concerned and courteous and took care of that oversight. Rockwall Panera bread is a great restaurant for deliveries. Ask for Kirby
I live in Austin, but I wanted to have some special items delivered to a home in Rockwall. Unfortunately, the items I wanted were not available through the delivery company’s website. I placed an order anyway (for items I really didn’t want). I decided to call the store to explain why they should have a full menu available through the delivery sites. The person I spoke with, Ivette Arellano, offered to switch out the items I really wanted for the order I had already placed. It sounds like a small thing to do, but her offer made all the difference to me. I hope the store recognizes that employees like Ivette are why some businesses succeed and others do not! Thank you, Ivette!
I have never actually ate food here other than pastry. I do come here for their coffee as i have the unlimited coffee subscription. Coffee is ok.
