The frame design center is super nice and the young man there was so helpful. However it is SUPER expensive. 2 custom frames with 75% "discount" was still over 800.

This Michael's is well stocked for most craft needs and art supplies. There is a decent amount of variety and everything is sensibly arranged. Staff is helpful and kind as well

Extremely rude staff. Arrived at 6:25 pm on a weekday to get custom artwork I had framed. Waited patiently at the framing counter to be helped while someone was standing in the back room talking on the phone. She finally asked me if I had been helped, to which I replied no. Obviously I hadn’t been helped, but that’s fine. She then asked if I just needed to check out to which I replied no I needed the framing service (which is why I was standing at the framing counter). She then said no one was available to help me. I have never heard of Michael’s framing service only available during certain hours, nor was there any sign that said framing only available during certain hours. They advertise custom framing all over their website and app. Never got an apology. Asked to speak with the manager, and she replied that she was the manager! Wow. Her name was “Jolee” or at least that’s the name she gave.

As it was so close to Christmas I expected limited items but the Rockwall store still provided a good selection. The cashiers were very helpful even reminding me about coupon offers available. I purchased a beautiful wreath regularly100 for less than 40 and other non holiday accessories. I'll definitely be back to this location.
