I realized today I set my service appointment for the wrong day therefore I showed up a day later. My service advisor, Michael Jordan thought it was his fault. They were able to still take my vehicle and service it quickly with no problem at all and without me knowing the mistake I made. It is rare nowadays to find such great customer service. From purchasing the vehicle to servicing, this dealership has been great! Thank you

Short waiting time for oil change
I was impressed by the style of sales process at Heritage Buick when I said I was going home and think about the transaction I didn't get a visit from the sales manager and try to change my view. The next day when I came back the salesperson was able to make the price change that made it possible for me to purchase the vehicle not going back and forth to the sales manager for approval. This was my 7th purchase of a new vehicle, it was surely one of the most pleasant.
We were new to the area and the moment we walked it they made us feel welcome. Our buying experience was fast. To the point and no BS. The financial part was a breeze and everything was explained to us. Six months later when my husband needed a new vehicle, they made us feel like family. They found the vehicle he wanted, had it moved to this dealership and smooth ride all the way home. Thanks for the wonderful experience. We will see you again. In a year maybe.
I got there about 1 hour before they closed and the associate did not seem interested in selling me a car, so I didn't buy. There were absolutely no incentives to buy. The Buick Encore was very cute though and would have loved to have one.
