Just bought a new home in the area, cash, wanting to put in a backup system, cash. Apparently I called at the wrong time (post-snomageddon) because they want over 7000 in installation fees and 100 non-refundable fee just to come provide a quote of a Generac (where on the website you can get a free quote lined up, see attached picture). Stop price-gouging guys, that’s just dumb and look what it go you - a bad Google review and bad publicity on our growing Facebook page of our tightly-knit community located just South of your store.

The Generator Supercenter was one of the companies I contacted for the installation of a whole house generator. After meeting with all the vendors I found the Generac product and the Generator Supercenter to be the most value for my money offering. From the beginning the relationship was a win win combination from the sales person visit to the installation process. I am extremely satisfy with the generator and the support I get from the Generator Superstore.
On time. Coordinated, courteous, helpful with the procedures in operating the generator. Definitely recommend.
No problem with salesperson on install people. All very professional. However. I received a call from a monitor installer while we were having our car serviced. He stated he was at my house to install the monitor. We never got a call from Generac telling us this man was coming to our house. The next day I call the Supercenter and ask for a reschedule and was given a day and an approximate time. That day showed up no Installer showed up. I call the Supercenter again and was advised they had no record of an appointment. Another was made for a Wednesday the next week. On tuesday of that week the monitor installer called to say he was coming on that day. The install was done on tuesday instead of wednesday. The supercenter needs to get their act together and coordinate their appointment times. Not happy about that.
Customer service was fantastic. Always made me feel my questions were important to them. The installers went above and beyond to make sure I understood the machinery. Even came back to explain things again to my son.
