Most of the time this store is top notch great knowledge and customer service. But I went to trade a playstation 4. they were going to give me 130 for and turn around and sell the same unit as is for 390. I didn't have a 10 hdmi cable with it and they said they couldn't take it and I'd have to buy a cable. Thats riculous considering the profit margin they stand to make on reselling the unit. I could understand if I were missing a 60 controller or something but to be that petty over the most trivial part of the game console really put me off. My experience is not necessarily indicative of the quality of the store but more the company itself. Still needs to be noted.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help you with personal suggestions on games and accessories. I come here every few weeks, and all the staff just have a passion for what they do.

Awesome place! I’ve been going here since I was 7 years old and have always had the most wonderful experience here! The staff is always lovely and understanding, they never rush you and I have never had them be rude at all. They are very helpful in helping me find things and have a lot of things to sell other than the games themselves!
