Inventory was very low. I know it's the Christmas season but they should have a good selection through Christmas. Very helpful employees and very clean store. Bare shelves and racks do you no good.
Worst customer service EVER! Steer away from this place. Rude customer associates, and no prices on things. You get scolded for not having the Belk app, and act like it's your problem. So many times where this store didn't even offer its own sales prices because the associate wasn't trained properly on the details of the sale. Greenville location is 150% better!
Even though thay were out of what I went there for I was very happy with my shopping experience there
So sad seeing the state of the Rockwall Belk. All of the great brands they used to carry are nowhere to be found. Hardly anything on the shelves and racks. For some reason the buyers think all women want is camo prints and tye died stuff. I miss how it used to be.

Seriously like how slow are cashiers? With two cashiers in one of the stores two corners and five people in just my line, the one cashier just takes off. Instead of great customer service and clear the line out, she leaves the customers angry in line waiting and her fellow cashier to deal with us.
Clean store, friendly staff awesome customer service. I was treated very kindly. Wrong product ordered on line. Very disappointed! I will visit again. It was worth the drive.
