Don’t waist your time here if you want a better store go to the one off of I30
Customers over 20 years. Can not beat the quality of the service and staff. We have 11 devices on our account without interruption. Not the cheapest out there but an excellent value.
I would give ZERO but that is not an option. This location has horrible customer service - report their managers are too busy to take a call and no one (including the manager) have no idea who their supervisors are or how to get to them. WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS EVER!!!! Should’ve gone to the other location in Rockwall.
Not sure why I went... the guy just ordered everything online for me and I had to wait. At least he was polite... though rather disinterested.
