I have had multiple facials and massages here and ABSOLUTELY loved it!! Staff is extremely nice and truly care about their clients having the best possible experience possible. I love the fact that they use the all natural essential oils, it is very important to me and my family to be as natural as possible. They also have high quality products for sale that I have tried and enjoyed. I highly recommend Affinity!

My mom and I chose this spa to get a massage during our "mother/daughter girls day out". It was wonderful. We were both so relaxed and it really made our day. We are looking forward to our next chance to do it again!
This is the first salon in Rockwall I found that I actually have gone back for several years now and had only great experiences. I had tried at least 3 other salons and ended up having bad experiences and left. The staff is friendly and does a great job with their services. I got my hair cut and colored for my wedding 2 years ago there and it was the best color I've ever gotten. I couldn't be happier. I also love the products they use and promote since it's organic and as local as possible. I would highly recommend this salon. The prices are similar to other high end salons but I find Affinity's services are actually worth every dollar.
I would not recemmend booking with Affinity Salon. I had a treatment/facial booked and had to call and cancel due to my feminine time of the month starting, and am just not comfortable being at a spa at that time. The woman at the desk informed me that if I cancelled I would not be able to reschedule my and would lose my money if I didn't come get the facial done. I totally understand this scenario if I had just been calling to cancel for something silly, but for a health/medical issue is unreasonable to refuse someone the right to reschedule.
Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early and the door was locked with a note saying come back in an hour, along with the phone number to call. I called and waited: kind of hard to know when the hour count down started. Left after 20 minutes and 6 mosquito bites while sitting on the porch. They called me 45 minutes later and asked me to come back since they were busy with other clients. Yeah, no way. Won't be back.
I went in for a massage because I was real tense mainly in my neck and head. I was also having tension headaches and anxiety problems. I walked in there feeling like a zombie and then walked out feeling like a whole new person. It was unbelievable.
I had a pedicure and manicure here. I was somewhat pressed for time, but they still made it relaxing and really enjoyable.
Really enjoyed my experience at this salon,would definitely recommend to others!!
