I personally love this place, the customer service from ms. Flora was amazing, she's very sweet. Also a big thank you to Eason. Everyone is so great here. Not to mention the sushi and Thai pineapple rice is amazing. 10/10 would recommend this place :)

In my continuing quest to support our local restaurants, I looked up and was very impressed with the menu at Taipei Tokyo. It has a lot of the most popular Asian entrees and sushi but also a lot of unique items like Taiwanese specialties, sushi burritos, poke bowls, and noodle/rice bowls. I decided to go with eel sushi and a noodle bowl with lo mein and General Tso's-style chicken. Not only were the ingredients fresh and healthy (the chicken was even stir-fried rather than deep-fried), but the eel on the sushi was fresh and generous. Service was also impeccable - my order was ready right on time (15 minutes after I ordered), and as soon as I pulled up, Flora came right out with a smile and brought my order to my car before I even had to lift a finger. Definitely can't wait for my next order from Taipei Tokyo!

Wheelchair accessible. Taking all COVID-19 precautions. I was a regular at this place 20 years ago and I loved it then. I happened by it yesterday and it was just as great as I remembered. It's open and spacious, great service, great food, very reasonable pricing.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. They've always been solid, but in the past 5 years they've renovated and really upped their game--top notch. Their sushi is ALWAYS super fresh, and they're constantly adding new items to their menu in addition to their iconic favorites, such as the keto/low-carb salmon tartar (which is more complex than it sounds--salmon sashimi, chopped avocado, tempura crunch, and a dash of spicy mayo that reminds me of the 100/person Nobu). They have a vast yet well-curated selection, to the point that even my 3 and 6 year olds have their favorites--and my wife and I love this place. They're one of the few restaurants in the area (short of the large mass chains like McDonald's and Chick-fil-A) that offers online/app ordering...AND TOUCHLESS CURBSIDE PICKUP. With the covid epidemic, this is a literal lifesaver--plus super convenient. Your food is usually ready within 10-15 minutes, and someone (often Flora) is always fast out to your car with a smile and a mask as soon as you call to say you're outside -- keeping you safe yet fed during covid. They're happy to even put it directly in your trunk for you if you want, for an extra-safe covid-era interaction. Everyone please support this neighborhood icon with your business during these crazy covid times. Their food is great, and they're doing all the things we need to stay safe in these crazy times. This family-owned business is a treasure, and we're lucky to have them in our area.

My husband and I were just passing by and were pleasantly surprised to see that the place is open for dine in again!! The food was really good and fresh. They've put in measures to keep the place clean and safe - plates and utensil are all disposable, they give out paper menus, and there is limited capacity/tables now. Feels good to come back to our go-to neighborhood spot :)
