Say it how it is people..this gym is overcrowded and it’s quite gross given the times that they allow it. 24 people on a basketball court (only allowed 3/6 baskets) wearing masks not allowed to play with each other each having a basketball ..is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. l don’t even bother with the weights y’all crazy

Nice facility on the whole and the staff is nice. Given the size, more weight machines would be nice, especially since it get really crowded between 5-8PM, although it starts filling up around 3PM when the local high school kids show-up. The Les Mills class are really good. Parking is okay for now, but likely to become problematic during the day once the rest of the businesses open onsite.

Steve the assistant general manager at this location is extremely unprofessional. I was using the cycle studio room and the employees came and kicked me out just so they can have a class and make money. After I asked the assistant GM why members like myself who pay for this service cannot use this room, he kept saying because we see when members use the room they take off the mask. So it’s ok for them to use this room to make money off of people but not for members who pay a monthly fee. Ridiculous policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

I’ve been to almost all of the gyms within a 10 miles radius of this location. It’s not often you get the family vibe from a big box gym such as OneLife, but it definitely happens here. The staff is great, the facility is always clean, disinfectant wipes are always available, and COVID measures are always in place to ensure the safety of the staff and members. The members display good gym etiquette. There are roughly 5 gyms between my house and Onelife, which I happily pass to workout here. Keep up the great work my Rockville fam!

New space, new machines that's the best part. Kids drop off area when you walk in with lots of staff. The signin & signup areas are in the wide open lobby that is wide open to the backside of those exercising on the machines. Multiple rooms are set off the sides for cycling, yoga, aerobics and even a physical therapy area. There are 3 water massage chairs tucked away near the training area upstairs. Upstairs you can overlook the pool with its 4 lanes and splash area for kids. It's all visible from outside windows too along with the large spa/hot tub. There are machines to get fresh fluffy towels, while they last...Outside the parking is limited and will become even more limited when the several other new store front buildings become occupied.
