Very nice staff, professional & courteous. Sympathetic to your needs. My only regret is moving to North Carolina, i miss them all. very clean office & bathroom. -Professional on the phone and at all times. Eventually i may move back to Maryland and go right back. It’s just she doesn’t practice here where i am. I go to Vidant now. They are good as well. But i’m new here in NC afraid of new Doctors but so far so good.

Unlike the women who is venting over the receptionist, this place is a very good office to bring my children to, both doctors are good the neurologist as much as the pediatrician. Both receptionist. (Carmen and Katherine) speak fluent english and are very professional. They both know how to do their jobs. Overall great place.

Your racist and discriminatory comment says more about you than about the people you are talking about. I visit Dr. Lin's office and Carmen who has worked there for many years is very polite and attentive. All the staff is friendly and willing to help. I am very sorry that everyone in the office has to deal with someone like you.
