Sportset Health & Fitness is the best gym on Long Island. We have been coming here for a few years and there is something for the whole family. The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean.

I have been using this gym for several years. They have all kind of amenities for you as a member, they have kids classes as well as camps. You will find a spinning Studio, a beautiful Yoga Studio (I love Jeanne’s classes). The coaches that do the clases for the kids are the most patient caring and energetic people you can find. There is also a well equipped weights, cardio, basketball courts, squash courts PLUS a day care ( Mrs Maggie is the best). You will get a lot back for your money in this gym definitely a place to join. The staff is very cordial and you do feel like family here.
First impressions of the staff are outstanding. Janet was so welcoming and gave us all the information we needed about the gym and membership options.
I wasn't surprised at how clean and organized it was for reopening. Very well done, thank you for all you do for your members and community.
This gym is the best! The staff has been so helpful in the midst Covid. I was a member at a few other gyms who were priced much higher than SportSet.
