Long story short, I think I was nicely taken care of, but within a week or so my PC started running slower an slower. Now it is troublesome. I don't know much about the inner workings of computers, and why this would be happening, but I would think that something would have looked problematic while my PC was being analyzed by Tech2U, but it was reported as no problems found. My guess is the processor has issues, but like I said, I'm not knowledgeable on the inner workings of computers.
Tech 2 U has always been my go to place for computer repair or even just to ask a question. Highly recommend! Jeff P.
