Came here during the last hour, still have most of the options. I ordered a plate with teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. Good portion with fair price. This location keep a good distance and have clean environment. Also when I ordered, they have good customer service. Willing to wait when I can’t decide what I want. Will definitely come back here again when I am around this area. Highly recommended this location.

Unfortunately the staff were anything but helpful or friendly, almost dropped my food when handing me the online order. Then completely forgot to include the TERIYAKI for the teriyaki chicken. Kinda what makes it not just chicken......This is literally the second time this has happened when I called shift manager said they were sorry but they could not offer a refund...... If you choose to support this business triple check your order.
Food was good. Customer service was great, he was fast and got our order right!
This one is okay not the best tasting but better than most. Although they run out of certain foods pretty early like 2 hours before closing which is kinda dumb.

The worst experience I had is at this place since I come to the US. The young guy who was taking orders was not happy to take my order for no reason. Didn't like me from the very beginning. I was ordering a plate but he fixed a bowl disrespectfully and just stopped taking my order in the middle and went inside leaving me while I was waiting for him. His name was Levi and I was so mad and nervous. I asked to talk to the manager but they didn't let me see him. I can say this is the worst fast food place in Rocklin.
Plz online order has to be ready by the time the customer get to picked up . It take us 15 mins wait to pick up our order ... it kills out time .... plz
The service was today and its lot easier than most fast during the pandemic.
