As of May 25, 2020 this company has so many customer service issues. I received an email invitation to come to look at the model houses in Rocklin, California and the representative declined to show the model homes. She said I had to make an appointment and be a \qualified buyer\ and that they have to clean the model homes after each person. Just to clarify, the email did not mention nothing about required appointments. I drove one hour just to get here. Very disappointed
Beautiful homes. Only have 2 model homes to look at, but both are amazing.
Drove there from far away to stand on parking lot . Horrible customer service. Not been allowed to see model houses. NEVER COME BACK THERE . Wish to put 0 stars .
No one will return your call back!! Very unprofessional bad ratings on consumer affair.. beware
