No mouse or keyboard response, had to replace the motherboard at a very reasonable price. Desktop is now up and running like new. Great value and yes, they do the extra steps to insure the job is done right.

Sam was incredibly helpful, I can't say enough good things about the service here. I felt like I really got the one on one attention that I needed for the weird problems my computer was having. Sam took the time to hear me out (which no one else seemed to want to do) and made a list of all my issues on the computer. When I came in to get it, he had that list ready and went over them with me one at a time to make sure I was happy. Thanks!
A very fair/reasonable price for very excellent service. I had Anthony as my technician and he finished up everything I asked him for and then some. Great company, i'll be coming back the next time I screw up my computer (probably won't be long)
