This was my post from 2 weeks ago...had them rated 5 stars....check or below for the update and why the change in stars. Went tonight, first time eating in a restaurant all year due to COVID, was nervous but wanted to surprise my girls who LOVE IHOP. Glad we did, we were the only ones in there, server Chris was great, and food was delicious! Thank you for making our first time in restaurant experience a good one. UPDATE FROM 11/4/2020. Went in tonight after such a good experience 2 wks ago thought perfect place for my daughter's birthday dinner. Restaurant had a couple other tables seated in half the restaurant, the other half was closed, all was fine, sat down ordered etc when a waitress came and sat a party of 6 RIGHT NEXT TO US..check the picture, shared the wall. At this point there were 2? 3? Other tables being used, a ton of empty ones in our area yet 6 feet away PLUS an empty side of the restaurant yet they get sat right next to us? I stood off to the side, mentioned this issue to the waitress, she gave me some weird realize response that she is following the owners orders?? And said I had to talk to Chris, funny because he is the one I raved about 2 weeks ago. This time though he tried telling me they are following guidelines (Which they are not)and because the other group is a party of 6 that was the only spot. I pointed out the empty half of the restaurant his response then? That only one waitress and to far to walk. Seriously? In the end they had the other family move to a spot that they should have put them at in the first place. (Sorry to that family). The social distancing sign I am sharing? That is as you walk in, yet you sit a table that back to back the customers would be about a foot apart?

Food was good. Service was pretty good. We came with the after church crowd, so there was a wait, both for a table and the food, but otherwise just what I expect from IHOP.
I was there early Saturday. It was not crowded. The service was great, waitress friendly, quick, helpful and attentive. They don't have sausage patties only links. I had to ask for half and half.... non-dairy came otherwise and the hash browns could have been cooked better, other than that food was good. I have no problem coming back here. I found out the waitress was clearly overworked, the shift before did not complete their jobs she had to do it. Shout out and 5 stars to Adrienne for going over and above. TIP people!!!!! Waiters work very hard for very little and usually do it with a smile!
