Dropped off my wifes prescription and was told that it would be ready in 2 hours.We tried to call to see if it was ready and couldn't get through. After 3 hours we went to pick it up the pharmacist said that they were not taking any new prescriptions.Why wouldn't they tell us when we dropped it off?Went to CVS and they filled it in 30 minutes. That's where we will be shopping from now on.I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I had a choice.
I've been to different Walgreens over the years. This Rockledge location is by far THE BEST. The pharmacy personnel is ALWAYS EXTREMELY helpful. They treat me like an actual patient instead of someone off the street! They deserve 10
I usually get great service here - now going to have to transfer to Publix or CVS. The pharmacy staff I spoke to was rude and inconsiderate on the phone about the status of my prescription and felt the need to harshly remind me I'd been told of a backorder when they originally filled my prescription. She said \you were told the whole district was out and it could be until January or February.\ I was told of the backorder but not the rest. I was just inquiring about an update and she was awful.
