When In to this bank...due to this is bank I use. I needed to do a change of address, an was going to order cheaper checks from web cite that I used before..An had explained I was going to order them to person help me.from that web cite..Well 2 days ago I get my checks in mail from sun trust. That I didn't ask her to order. Not only 55.00 for checks now. BUT I DIDNT GIVE PERMISSION FOR HER TO ORDER..very very disappointed...
Been banking here for years, always have a good and friendly staff.
Right now I must admitt that I am very upset and dissapointed with this branch reason being I normally have a great especially with Frank working here. I am making this complaint because after my son and I was turned around and sent to the drive threw Diane (The Branch Manager) Let another guy in. Im not sure what the purpose of this act was but it definitely had a effect on my vistit today and future visits.
