Very fast. Rachel was so nice and helpful. Didn’t make my friend and I seem like a number, or make us wait, even though we were walk in’s! I’d give ten starts if I could! I’ll definitely be back at this location when bloodwork is needed again!

Unable to contact this location. Upon calling the main customer service line for Quest I experienced the rudest and worse customer service phone call. Take your business elsewhere. This is not how people should be treated. Why does this location not have a working phone number?? It has been mentioned numerous times in the reviews over the past few months and they have clearly not fixed the issue.

Despite several phone calls, the lab consistently \forgets\ to send Clozapine results to the pharmacy. This is a monthly lab, we shouldn't have the patient and her husband panicking every month, and we should not need to remind the lab every month of this procedure.

Very unprofessional and rude couple of employees.. they speak to you like you’re worthless and are bothering them. A lady was never texted as she signed in to be and was treated like she did something wrong. The way they speak to “patients” is disgusting. We walked in at 9:50 yet appts after 10:15 were still taken before us. I can see appts on or around our walk in time being priority but you don’t take a 1030 appt to the back at 10:20 you take them on their appt time and take the walk ins in between those appt times. Once brought up to the rude girl with two hair buns on her head (never seen her before and I go often) she had a nasty attitude and rude comments. Not understanding and apologetic like business should be. Just all around rude employees , lengthy wait times and uncomfortable atmosphere. Maybe get a career you like rather than acting like we are a problem !!!!! No patient respect.
