Dropped my laptop off to have it repaired and optimized. Quick turnaround and professional communication through the whole process. He did a thorough cleaning of the computer and replaced a faulty HD with a new 512 GB SSD for 100, much cheaper than I expected the quote to come back at. He even fully cleaned the outside of the computer and the screen, which I didn't expect. Great experience overall!

HDWProtech responded very quickly to my request for service on my laptop. Heath was able to repair my laptop for a great price over the weekend, which I really appreciate since we need the laptop for my son's online learning. The laptop works better than ever. I will definitely bring my future computer service needs back to HDWProtech.
I would give more stars if I could. I was having so many issues with my computer this summer. I had to buy a new motherboard, ram, ect. And even after replacing my bad parts with new ones, I was still having the SAME problem. I contacted Heath, and after a day he found out what the problem was. Very professional. Would definitely recommend him :)
