Been a customer since it opened. Not very attentive to customers. Requested ham and cheese roll ups with extra large hot black coffee. Received roll ups, large coffee. Requested the extra large coffee again and she took it back and gave me the correct sized cup. I get down the road and find that there was creamer and sugar added to coffee. I ordered six regular glazed donuts dipped in chocolate frosting, they gave me not-glazed-not-fully-frosted chocolate disappointments. The regular glazed were alright.
Again, I don't review chains unless the experience is way over the top. And everyday This place is.This is the only DD around who can get it right. Napkins, knife and ketchup in the bag. Coffee on point. Food and HASHBROWNS cooked Correctly. Staff (Katherine and Elyse) are terrific. Any issues I've had, the Manager Deven has solved very quickly. Also, service very fast in and out.
Dunkin donuts is fine the problem is I ordered through the mobile app the people working in the store have so much to deal with the drive through and the people walking up to the counter they're not paying attention to mobile app orders. The mobile app doesn't have the same products that are available in the store. Unfortunately for the people working there they are left to deal with the confusion and aggravated customers. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time using the mobile app, just go in the store or go through the drive-thru and order the old fashioned way.
