Dr. Thomas is a great doctor but her office manage that runs the front is terrible. She over steps her authority without asking the Dr. When results come into office it took them 10 days to call and that was after I called them. Ineffective and top that with rude. A Doctor has to have their surrounding staff helpful effective and friendly. This doesn’t always happen here.
Dr. Thomas is always prompt . She orders the correct tests and does so promptly. She is caring, knowledgeable, and kind. I have been going to her for several years, and have always been satisfied. She does however have limited office hours, and very early in the day.
I just switched to this Dr and I can't get through to make an appointment and the voicemail box is full. Hopefully they will see this and remedy it!!!! Not a good start!!!!!

I've been her patient for a long time and have never had any problems. I give her feedback on any specialists she sends me too as well as her own staff.
I was having back pain. Dr. Thomas reached in her pocket and said, you can have these pills, a patient returned them to me. I was in shock. She peeled off most of the patient info from the label. She left the patient's address on it. The medication was a narcotic and the mediction was not prescribed by her. It was from another doctor. This is unethical practice. This practice is completely unethical for so many reasons.
