I recently mentioned that I didn't know how to cut open a pineapple properly (I know!) and Christa generously offered to show me. I love her energy and the ease with which she teaches! This may seem like such a simple thing, but was so incredibly informative and helpful for me. So glad I know how to prepare this juicy treat now!!

Went to a recent cooking demonstration put on by Christa from Cutting It Up, and I'm so very glad I did! She was informative, helpful, and open to any and all questions. Besides that, she made a couple of excellent dishes that I'll make at home!
