Beautiful 55 Resort, Co-OP residence own their property, making the monthly HOA 145.00!!! The Ameri-cana has a beautiful pool, hot tub, clubhouse, billiards, woodshop, plus daily activities along with special monthly activities. Close to the river and the beach!
The web pages seems to be not working my mother in law and farther in law lived there many a year on London way the Brock's , ed and Cathy I had the opportunity to visit over the years I loved that place in fact if the chance ever comes my wife and I will be trying to move there and be part of the community. A wonderful place. Great neighbors. Clean . Fun. Great location. I could spend my final years there . Hope everyone is okay and no damage from the hurricane. Would love to here from anyone who remembers ed and Cathy . Bless all Troy
My dad has lived here for many years. People treat each other with a neighborly respect and dignity that you just don't find in society these days. They wave when you drive by, and are genuine when asking how you are doing. It's a little piece of the past tucked right off US1.
Great mobile home community, clean and offers many activities. ONLY draw back is not in walking distance to a beach. We have stayed there for 3 years in a row during winter vacations with friends and would go back.
This retirement Park is very nice clean and all the people that live there are very friendly
This isn't a restaurant or store. this is a neighborhood! how do you rate a neighborhood? this neighborhood had exceptionally good or bad service? I would recommend going to Google Maps and choosing 'street view' and just take a look around the neighborhood if you're thinking of moving there. Technically Ameri-Cana resorts is prefab home park but it's really clean and nice. It is actually way above average so I give it 5 stars for far way above average park.
