Excellent storage facility and staff.
I have been a customer twice now. I think they an awesome Storage Place with reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone that is looking for a great place to store their belongings.
Under no circumstances should you do business with these people! We had our boat stored with them approximately 8 months. In that time they cut our trailer lock off our boat and moved it! Not once, but TWICE! We literally live less than 2 miles from the facility, and rather than calling us and allowing us to move our boat, they just cut the lock off and moved it themselves. They then just left the lock near our hitch and waited for us to discover it. Leaving it unsecured for who knows how long. These people have no respect for their customers or their property. They offered to pay for the locks and offered a free month of storage, we used that free month to get out of the contract and now have our property stored elsewhere.
