Sasha, the store manager at the Rockland location went absolutely over and above helping make my sisters day with a surprise package! I cannot express how unbelievably kind and thoughtful she was even writing positive quotes for my sis. The service is always exceptional but this warmed my heart. A great place for all your overpriced coffee needs Seriously though it's a beautiful store and if these baristas were trained by the partners in Orleans then I'm sure they're going to be fantastic. This is my third place ️
Employees are always nice and attentive. It's my go to refreshment during the hot season and it's nice to have a variety of options.
Went in on a Saturday morning for 2 drinks. Staff are nice and location is clean and bright. However waiting for 20 minutes for 2 drinks is quite long.
I love coming into this store whenever I am in Rockland visiting family. Always SO friendly and great service. Shout out to Shay for being a top notch barista who reminded me how I take my drink when I made a mistake! And Amanda for keeping me company while I waited, she was awesome!
A typical Starbucks on the outside, but a uniquely friendly customer experience on the inside. Every staff member I have dealt with (both inside and in the drive-thru) has been extremely friendly, approachable and kind, offering appropriate conversation while I waited for my order, as well as spot-on drink recommendations. I look forward to seeing what this Starbucks has to offer for dine-in atmosphere and experience once this Covid19 pandemic has subsided.
I absolutely love this place but it's quite expensive. I try to only go here as a treat. You can customize any drink and using the app makes it a lot easier as you get to see all of the options available. The staff is always super nice!
Asked for a cinnamon dolce latte, (Which literally shows you the starbucks site that it has whipped cream and cinnamon dolce sprinkles) and I received it with no whipped cream, no cinnamon dolce sprinkles, barely any cinnamon syrup.. and when mentioned to the barista she was extremely rude about it.
