Went in to do my roots and came out with more thanks to Jose!! I love it! Will definitely come in again the staff is nice and very welcoming. P.S due to covid they removed the tip button from the machine so it’s best to always carry cash :)

I have been going to Modelo for years. Great service and I've always loved my cut and colours. Love the newer reminder text feature. The interior has also been updated to reflect COVID-19 rules so I feel completely safe when I'm there.

Thought the world of my hairdresser and Modello. Was the best place for me to go until I got a phone call today cancelling my next appointment. Why? Because I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. They would not accept this and would not take me without one. They took great offence at me letting others know on Facebook I loved the place but be informed there was no allowance for a mask exemption which by law is mandatory. Next step...Forms filled out and set the the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. People need to know this is just wrong.
I have seen Manon twice now (and over due now for a 3rd visit) and I really loved my experience. She has given me 2 amazing haircuts that were very easy for me to manage. All the staff we friendly and the salon was very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing haircut and service
