I ordered a new cabinet and handles. I went home and the screws didn’t fit and I didn’t know the holes are not pre-drilled. I was in the middle of staging pictures to sell my house tomorrow. I called and told them what happened and Suzanne called me back and went above and beyond her role. She lives near me and invited me over to help me with drilling and finding the right screw. I really didn’t know what I would do. People are viewing my house tomorrow. I am so greatfull for her help. She did not have to do that. Best people ever!!!! Best customer service in the world!

Potvin team installed new kitchen cabinets in my home. The service was nothing short of outstanding in every aspects of the Kitchen remodeling project. This included the initial consultation & design (Dominique), the delivery, the installation (Eric and JC) and the quality assurance and quality control inspection Alain. Throughout the project, our designer (Dominique) was instrumental in providing us with professional design and technical support ensuring a functional and cost effective kitchen design. The installation team members, Eric & JC (AKA # 9) displayed a high level of professionalism and pride of workmanship as well as uncanny attention to details resulting in a flawless installation to be proud of for many years to come. The installation was followed by an in depth quality assurance inspection performed by Alain. He meticulously inspected all cabinets ensuring the door and drawers mechanism were adjusted properly. He provided us with additional cabinet care information and answered all questions without hesitation. His support to the client was truly second to none.
