If I can give it a minus, I would. A few years back it was great but it’s changed manager too often and the managers that come in don’t seem to get it. The majority of the time the shelves are empty. The selection is corner store wines. The staff are non responsive. They’re same same grumpy overpaid rude whiners. Don’t bother with this LCBO, you walk out frustrated. Take the extra minute drive to the INNES stores.

Still a small town selection. Time to graduate to larger store with more variety. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable of their products, but not growing as the city grows.

The lady was rude. I went directly to the product and then to the cash. I was scowled at while standing in line. It's quite alright to observe me and I dont mind but the scowl is uncalled for, then there was the attitude when I approached the register to PAY. Which was my intention but I ended up going to the beer store, which is what I should have done in the first place and will continue to do.
