We moved to our new house in October. The HRV needed replaced and after getting quotes from other companies we opted for Kooltech. They were the only ones who answered quickly with a detailed quote and were able to give a timeline for installation where the other companies we contacted were vague with their timeline, equipment to install and final price. The natural gas fireplace needed repaired and they were very professional and knowledgeable.
Went above and beyond the simple install by fixing a crooked pipe from a previous (other) installer, and testing some leaks in an area of concern. Great communication - looking forward to using again!
