The Rockingham, NC location is AWFUL. The appointment time went as told, but as soon as we left we made a stop to run and errand, tried to get back in the car and start it up, but the car would not start. We called the customer service line SIX times and each time Monitech told us it was our car's fault and it must be the battery. No, it wasn't the battery. The car would turn over but would not ignite to start. We tried explaining this multiple times and would not get an answer other than it was our fault. So then we called a tow truck (because that was the only other option Monitech would give us), paid from our own pockets to have it sent back to the shop where it was installed and had the WORST experience of customer service we have ever had in our entire lives. Wesley Jones, the installer, refused to acknowledge us. We understood he had another vehicle in the bay for an installation and we were more than happy to wait, but the little boy never even acknowledged we were there. So after multiple times to get his attention and rudely told we had to wait bc it was our fault, he looked at the car THREE hours later. Our original appointment was at 9am, we were out by 12 and back at 1pm. He did not have us back on the road again until almost 6pm. No apology. No "see ya later". No refund for the tow truck money. I will be making an appointment after the holidays and having the device uninstalled. I have never ever ever been treated more disrespectful and this company should be ashamed of themselves. The better business bureau is taking care of it now. I hope that little boy loses his job and I hope Monitech goes bankrupt. Absolutely deplorable company.
