Ordered item for click and collect and they refused to take it in, item has now been returned to sender and I have to wait another 5 odd days because they wouldn't take it. What's the point of doing click and collect if you won't take the item in

Today i tried to get there my parcel from amazon ,but young person working at rockingham food center was drunk ,he could not operate something he called machine and asked me to come tomorrow so i decided to cancel order,i thing stupid owners of this bussines dont understand that there are already amazon lockers in Corby
