Food was terrible. I mean even for food court standard, absolutely horrible. Poor service. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. Usually a favourite of mine. The Chicken had a distinct chemical taste to it. I returned it, and male staff member argued. Only after I reviewed them on Facebook, and asked to take the sample for testing were they cooperating. I won't be returning.

Absolute joke for a eatery. Rude staff and argumentative. Not worthy of a star do yourself a favour and go to roast express decent portion sizes and friendly staff.

Worst chips and gravy in history. I got my daughter a medium chips and the gravy was so watery even she noticed and complained to me and to top it off half the chips were not cooked and were hard in the middle so she couldn’t most of it. They used to make the best chips and gravy but not anymore. Cutting costs has just cost them yet another customer.

Ordered the Steak Sandwich with salad for 11.50 as the picture looked good. Got two ends of a tomoto, one layer of spinach leaves, they forgot/left out the red onion, two 4mm slithers of minute steak and lots of chutney. Bit down on a white roll which went to nothing amd with chutney oozing out. Absolute daylight robbery, what a huge disappointment. Went back to get the onion in it but wish I had handed back the whole thing. Never again stay away what a rip off. Saw how they prepare their meat dishes. Sooo stingy how they carve their meat- maybe 50-80gms for a serve!!

Don't even deserve a star , this is devistating to spend hard earned cash on this food I've had a look at the reviews and notice each person making an unsatisfying review only gets a .... I'm sorry from bucking bull head office I waited for 25 mins for a burger n 9 chips , what a joke The burger was the same as red rooster next door , wish I had gone there it would have been better The people waiting next to me waited longer and when there meal came out I was and they to were amazed of the size and guality of food. This is unexceptable . Last time ever to eat here. I will also publicly post this and other reviews. Ditch your cook please
