Long line tonight! Dirty rice was watered down to stretch it! Cajun fries were hot and HARD! Tea was alright
Where to start? Complete disaster of a restaurant. Management is nonexistent and the employees are careless and disrespectful. Experience was completely displeasing. Waited over 40 minutes for 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits with fries and mac and cheese. Also ordered a picnic boround at the complete start of the order with quite a few customers in line ahead of us and management tried to use that as an excuse. I worked for bojangles before. I know borounds take 4 to 5 minutes to cook and I sat in line waiting to pay longer than 5 minutes. Still was asked to pull up and did, waited 20 more minutes then had enough and went inside to demand my food. Which in my mind. After 40 minutes is reasonable. Completely trash of an establishment and if this company would concern themselves with the small franchises they may be able to stay in business. The way my experience occurred today... I will never spend money at another bojangles again.
