What a refreshing place to do business! This is one of those places you had wished you found earlier. Customer service tremendous and when you deal with the owner who has been in the industry for over 35 years, you know your on a winner. Highly recommended: make this your first stop if your considering a pool or spa.

We purchased a refurbished pool through Bay Pools in the 1st week of January and was installed the 2nd week of February. Everyone one involved from the Sales team, Installation team, Handover team etc were accommodating, professional and just superb to deal with. Can not fault the entire process. Thank you Bay Pools.
Pool was installed about a month before Christmas, awesome team, great knowledge, always willing to help or answer questions. Bob cat Brad and Brayden installed the pool quicker than expected, unbelievable, started digging in the morning, pool was in that night, next day was connecting, filling water and sand edges. Pool Equipment Brad came around after and talked through everything. Water testing at the shop the ladies are fantastic, go home with a page saying exactly what to do for adjustments.
Absolutely Awesome service, 100% recommend. The initial contact in their shop was very informative To Kevin a big thumbs up for a great all round service from quote to clean up. The best diggers who were very efficient and hard working. (Forgot name) Brad the pool equipment guy who set everything up and got everything working spot on. The tiler and the fence guys were very reliable and good communication. All round friendly service, can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Bays Pools and Spas, love my new pool area.
