Absolutely fantastic customer service from Alec very professional After very disappointing customer service from my local dealer I gave up and found a car via auto trader but i wasn't local. Alec was brilliant sent me a video of the car we arranged a deal to part exchange my vehicle over the phone with photos pending test drive the customer services from Alec first class phoned when he said he would and emails videos etc all arrived when promised and the whole process was covid safe something that was very lacking from my local garage Thank you Alec I'm loving my new car

My wife and I have traded in both our Fiats at Rockingham's in the space of a year and couldn't be happier with our 500L and Panda. There's something special about this dealership – thorough, friendly, professional, they get on with it. We dealt with Chris – who like others really knows his Fiats and helped us choose what WE wanted (not to be taken for granted with a major dealership!) and gave us v fair trade-in prices. We get our servicing done here too (with a plan) and, like their sales and parts depts, they keep you posted along the way, no quibbles about courtesy cars etc. Not the cheapest servicing, but over the 3 yrs it's excellent value. Naomi's Panda Easy ticks all the right boxes for her, inc. posture and visibility, fluid gear change. My 500L Trekking looks fab in its 'racing green' livery, but more importantly has that solid feel about it – reassuring with all the potholes at the mo! Bags of room. We've been Fiat fans for years and these both have plenty of clever design/practical features, which the brand has always been good at, e.g. no end of cubby holes and variable boot configurations. Both really good investments (Fiat, in my experience, always 'quietly get on with it'!).
I was extremely impressed with my experience of buying my new car. Alec was genuinely friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, advised me well and took the time to find the best deal for me, without any pressure. I originally went to ask a couple of questions but as he was so helpful I went back a few days later for a test drive. Plus everything was done with health and hygiene at the fore. Thank you so much Alec, I love my new Fiat 500.
Popped into to have an oil service on my Abarth absolutely wonderful, efficient and very professional! I travelled over a 100 miles to have my car looked after by them, make that what you will.
