I went into the store here in Rockingham and purchased three beds and three bed frames with the headboards and all of that cash. Put the bed up after the weekend because I bought it on the Friday slept in it for 2 days. That nightI kept feeling like something was biting me but when I get up there wasnt anyting. having a discussion with someone about it low basically told me to look around the edges of my bed really closely and all on the headboard to see was there anything on there and there was little brown bugs. So I contacted the story of the following day spoke with the lady who sold me the beds who had informed me that they were all clean and the little ones was brand-new which was not true. I also spoke with the store manager who told me that because I paid cash there was nothing he could do. first they tried to tell me that they had just cleaned everything with alcohol inside it and let it bake then they said that the bed had been in there a year so basically what I did was sold mean old stuff they have stored away with bugs in it and because I paid cash I was just out of luck.

Chris was terrible! He was extremely rude and I had a horrible experience with him. Everyone else there was ok and helpful for the most part! Chris was the devil and didn’t care about my situation at the time! All he cared about was coming himself, after HE quoted me a different price for that particular month. He acted as if what I had belonged to him . I would advise anyone if not to deal with him! Very rude! Some people are not meant to work with the public, he is one of those people. Very unprofessional. After I paid double for one month, he told me that I Would have a pay a smaller amount the next month I paid, I made sure to get his name. So when the next month arrives, not only did he say he didn’t talk to me it couldn’t have been him! ( it was).. he said that there was no way anybody would have told me that! Just flat out lied and I’ve never forgotten that! It was to the point if I called or came in the store and he was there I’d leave! Hated him!!!!
