Large schnitz restaurant that is clean with plenty of seating. The food is very fresh and tastes great. Spent 3 days in Rocky and ate here twice. Situated inside stockland shopping centre so has plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.

Went here for dinner on a Friday night. The service was good, guy at the front counter was nice, girl who bought meals over was friendly and they even took the plates away. What time wasn't long at all either. I had the lovingly fresh salad which was really good and came out looking better than I expected! Schnitzel was cooked well and the salad was definitely fresh and tasted yum! Can't fault their chips either, they are always delicious and the wraps looked great!

We went to the Rockhampton shop today at 730pm to buy large chips. We were supposed to be served by the front counter, a lady who was wearing glasses and had short to medium length hair. Standing at the line ,I thought that the lady was serving a customer in front of us, but instead, she was actually just talking to a friend as I heard about the conversation that was irrelevant to any ordering of food. This went on for 5 minutes and they did not stop talking until we as actual customers interrupted the conversation. Upon the interruption, the lady at the front counter not only did not apologize, but she also appeared to be unhappy with us interrupting her conversation. This is just disgraceful for us as customers to receive this type of service. We were supposed to meet our friend for movie and because of that we were late for the movie. It would be the last time we go to Schnitz at Rockhampton. Updated: 9/2/2021, after posting my review on Google and receiving an email to say that they would review the situation and explain the outcome for a month, I still have not received an email or feedback regarding their progress of investigation. Very disappointed

To sum the delivery in a few words: one of the worst services i have ever had in my entire life. At first i had an order that was missing 2 servings of chips. When i called to ask for a redelivery the employee said that they couldn't make a second trip. I reordered, as the food wasn't enough and again was missing a serve of chips. The same story when i called, they did not redeliver, all they could say was sorry. I'm sorry i ever ordered here in the first place. I wish them the best of luck in the future, they will need it. I find it difficult to believe people this incompetent run a business.

ordered almost 60 worth of food and almost the whole order was missing! rang the store explained, that we order through a food delivery service cause it's not easy to leave the house with a small infant !! the girl was rude and didn't care at all. I don't know how you manage to forget and not make another simple burger, chips and put drinks in a bag!! not good enough at all ! just lost a good customer! do better!!!
